Brian is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has guided teams to industry-leading results over the course of several years in leadership roles around Minor League Baseball.
Brian began his career in MiLB with the Aberdeen IronBirds from 2011-2013. His efforts in Aberdeen impressed the State College Spikes, who hired Brian as their Director of Sales. From 2013-2016, Brian increased total ticket and sponsorship revenue for three consecutive years and broke the team’s single game attendance record on five separate occasions.
In 2016, Brian earned the role of Vice President of Ticket Sales for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. While spearheading the team’s ticket department, he broke nearly every ticket revenue record in team history and once again raised season and group ticket sales each year. Brian helped the IronPigs secure the 2019 Larry MacPhail Award, which recognizes the team with the best promotional effort in all of Minor League Baseball.
In 2019, the IronPigs promoted DeAngelis to Vice President of Sales. He delivered again, leading the team to an all-time franchise revenue record in just one year. Brian was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2020 and has since been a driving force in the oversight of all aspects of the IronPigs front office.
In his free time Brian likes to spend time with his wife Erika, children Gianna, Lorenzo, and Sicilia, and two dogs. He also is an avid Michigan State and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. You can follow Brian on Twitter at @AngeloDeAngelo.
Cody joined the Dash in 2022 as the Director of Ticket Sales. In this role, Cody is responsible for overseeing all season tickets, hospitality, and group sales.
Originally from Slatington, Pennsylvania, Cody graduated from York College of Pennsylvania majoring in Sport Management with a minor in Athletic Coaching. Before joining the Dash, Cody worked for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies in Allentown, PA. In his most recent role, Cody was Senior Manager, Corporate Tickets dealing primarily with corporate accounts on season tickets, season suites, hospitality, and sponsorships.
In his spare time, Cody enjoys hunting, country concerts, and live sporting events.
Josh is originally from Miami, FL, but grew up in the Carolinas. Josh attended Lees-McRae college in Banner Elk, NC where he graduated with a B.S. in Athletic Training, and also attended Southern New Hampshire online for his graduate certificate in Sport Administration. While at Lees-McRae Josh was a member of the track and field team.
Before joining the Dash, Josh had interned with Rhino Sports and Entertainment. In his free time, Josh likes to be active, watch soccer, travel, and try local restaurants.
Matt is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a degree in sport management. Before joining the Dash in April 2021, Matt worked gamedays and other events with the Jacksonville Jaguars Fan Experience department.
In his free time, Matt likes to watch sports (especially college football) and spend time with his family and friends.
Josh is from Wilkesboro, North Carolina and graduated from North Carolina State University while majoring in Sport Management and minoring in Business Administration. Josh has worked with North Carolina Football Club’s grassroots marketing and inside sales teams, and most recently the Carolina Hurricanes inside sales team.
Some of Josh's hobbies are playing disc golf, tennis, and watching sports.
Andrew Murphy joined the Dash as a Broadcast and Media Relations Assistant during the 2021 season and now serves as the Play by Play Broadcaster and a Ticket Sales Assistant. In addition to ticket sales and broadcast duties, Andrew also handles all media requests.
Andrew is a proud 2020 graduate of the University of Kentucky. He has called games for the Lexington Legends (formerly South Atlantic League), the Duluth Huskies (Northwoods League), and most recently University of Kentucky Baseball on the UK Sports Network. A native of St. Louis, MO, Andrew is a fervent supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues.
When not in the broadcast booth, Andrew can be found on the golf course, playing guitar, or in the recording studio doing voiceover work.
Joshua is from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a 2021 graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Sport Administration. Joshua joined the dash in the summer of 2022. Joshua has worked with the University of Cincinnati Athletic Department as an intern with the marketing team. His love for sports is a driving factor into his passion for working with the Dash.
In his free time, he loves to travel and explore new places, go camping and hiking, play Xbox, spend time with friends and family, watching any sports he can (especially watching his favorite teams). Joshua also loves to participate in the gravity sport Street Luge. He has been luging for 15 plus years and hopes to participate or watch Street Luge in the Olympics in the future.
A native of Port Antonio, Jamaica; Junior joined the Dash in July 2022 as a group sales representative. Junior graduated in May of 2022 from Carolina University with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Junior is an avid fan of the Manchester United and The Reggae Boys. In his spare time he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
A native of Chicago, Illinois; Kalen joined the Dash in May 2022 as a corporate partnerships intern, and joined the sales team in June 2022. Kalen graduated in May of 2022 from East Carolina University with a degree in sports management. Before joining the Dash, Kalen worked at the ECU athletic ticket office.
An avid fan of the ECU Pirates and Chicago Bulls, in his spare time, Kalen enjoys playing drums, traveling, BBQ, and spending time with friends and family.
Caela joined the Dash in 2022 as the Director of Entertainment.
Caela is a Colorado Native, from a small farm town located 45 minutes northeast of Denver. She received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, and a Bachelor of Administration in Business Administration at Colorado Mesa University. Caela has worked in Minor League Baseball for the past five years. Her most recent position as the Assistant General Manager for the Lafayette Aviators. She brings experience within game entertainment, and theme night execution producing 25+ theme nights a season.
Caela is the proud oldest of two younger sisters, Maddie and Joelie. She is a dog mom to her Bichon, Piper. When not at the ballpark, Caela has various hobbies such as; painting, reading, and watching the 2022 Stanley Cup Champions the Colorado Avalanche (Go Avs Go). On a long weekend you can catch Caela attending sporting events, and trying to cross off MLB ballparks from her list.
Amanda joined the Dash in 2020 as the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. In this role, Amanda is responsible for all social media content, advertising, and marketing aspects of the Dash.
Originally from Round Rock, Texas, Amanda graduated from Texas State University with a major in Public Relations and a minor in Sports Psychology. Most recently before joining the Dash, Amanda worked as a Chiropractic and Marketing assistant at Impact Family Chiropractic in Round Rock, TX where she served as the head of community marketing programs. However, she is no stranger to baseball, the 2023 season will mark Amanda's fifth season in Minor League Baseball and third with the Dash.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys traveling, taking in a good concert or sporting event, and spending time with her friends and family.
Originally from Yakima, Washington, Mark was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He attended the University of Oregon and graduated in 2015 with a degree in journalism with a focus on broadcast and digital media. While at Oregon, Mark had the pleasure of covering the Oregon Ducks athletic program, which culminated in covering the inagural College Football Playoff National Championship Game from the press box for his own publication.
After college, Mark founded a satirical sports news site before transitioning into a career as a freelance graphic designer in 2017. In his spare time, Mark is a fan of Japanese anime and operates multiple sites that incorporate the hobby along with managing the largest curated sports logo mood board online. Mark is excited to join the Dash and lend his unique perspective to the sport of Minor League Baseball; a sport he grew up watching.
Carson started with the Dash during Summer of 2021 as a Graphic Design Intern and stepped into a full-time role in May of 2022. In this role Carson is responsible for all video content for the Dash.
Carson graduated from Newberry College in 2022 where he majored in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design with a minor in Business Administration. During all four years, Carson played NCAA Men's Lacrosse. While playing at Newberry and during his internship, Carson developed and refined his skills in sports photography and videography.
In his free time, Carson enjoys playing and coaching lacrosse, weight lifting, watching hockey, and spending time with friends and family.
Josh joined the Dash in June 2021. As the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, Josh develops close relationships with current and future sponsors on a local, regional, and national basis.
As a Winston-Salem native and former Wake Forest football player (2009-2012), Josh is no stranger to Truist Stadium or the Dash as he worked with the team during the summer as an intern in 2011. After his football playing days and graduation from Wake Forest, Josh worked on staff overseeing all recruiting and social media efforts. He then obtained his Masters in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina while working as a Graduate Assistant in the office Alumni and Communications. Josh has previously served in sales related roles with the Charlotte Sports Foundation as well as with Raycom Sports and the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Josh resides in Winston-Salem and enjoys sharing his spare time with his friends and family, traveling, and cheering on his Demon Deacons.
In October of 2021, Morgan joined the Dash as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and now serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Partnership Services.
She was raised in Greensboro and moved to Raleigh to attend NC State for college (Go Pack!), where she majored in Business and Marketing with a minor in Coaching Education. Upon graduation, she called Georgia home for two years to pursue her MBA at Georgia Southern University. Morgan found her way back to North Carolina and has since worked in Winston-Salem for the past five years at two great companies, HanesBrands Inc. and Learfield IMG College. She is excited for this new opportunity and to get started with the Dash!
Morgan resides in Kernersville with her husband, David, and three dogs – Jax, Beaux, and Sydney. She enjoys a great cup of coffee, attending a concert or sporting event, coaching or playing volleyball, and spending time with her friends and family.
Alex joined the Dash in May of 2022 as the Coordinator of Corporate Partnerships.
Born and raised in Westminster, MD, Alex obtained his Bachelor's degree in three years from the University of South Carolina. While there, he garnered experience in numerous areas of the sports industry by working with Augusta National Golf Club, NASCAR, and the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. He completed his time at Carolina with an internship in the Marketing Department of Gamecock Athletics.
An avid fan of the Gamecocks and Baltimore Ravens, Alex enjoys watching sports, listening to music, hitting the gym, and enjoying the company of friends and family.
Ryan began as Partnership Services Coordinator with the Dash in May 2022.
He was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and completed a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina this May. In college, Ryan completed internships with the Lexington County Blowfish, Volvo Car Open, and Sponsor United all within the sponsorship industry. Ryan also served as President of his professional fraternity, Sigma Psi Mu, on the Dean's Leadership Council, and as a College of HRSM Leader.
Ryan is a devout fan of the Baltimore Ravens and South Carolina Gamecocks and enjoys traveling abroad, swimming, and finding the best pizza joint around.
Sidney joined the Dash in 2022 as the Director of Merchandise. In this role, Sidney oversees the HanesBrands Team store and all merchandise operations for the Dash.
Originally from Rock Island, Illinois, Sidney graduated from Illinois State University with a major in Integrated Marketing Communications. After graduation, she spent a year doing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL where she worked in the Magic Kingdom. Sidney started her baseball career with her hometown team, the Quad Cities River Bandits, as the Community Relations Assistant. Most recently, she worked for the Lexington Legends as the Director of Merchandise. The 2022 season will be her fourth season in Minor League Baseball.
In her spare time, Sidney enjoys watching her favorite sports teams (particularly from Chicago), listening to music and going to concerts, taking a cycle class, and planning her next trip to Walt Disney World. She currently resides in Winston-Salem.
Ryan, a native of Winchester, Va., will begin his 24th season in professional baseball in 2021 and his 23rd with the Winston-Salem franchise.
After graduating from West Virginia University in 1998, he completed an internship in group sales with the Richmond Braves. Ryan joined the Winston-Salem staff in 1999 as a group sales associate and was promoted to General Manager of Baseball Operations after the 2003 season.
Ryan is responsible for all functions relating to running and maintaining Truist Stadium and oversees team operations, facility management, stadium operations and grounds keeping.
Ryan's contributions were recognized in 2010, when he was voted the winner of the Calvin Falwell Executive of the Year Award, becoming the first Winston-Salem executive to win the award in its 24-year existence. Voting is done by Carolina League managers, general managers and club owners.
Mike is from Grand Rapids, MI and worked for his hometown team, West Michigan Whitecaps (Single A - Detroit) for 6 seasons holding positions of intern, box office assistant, ticket sales consultant and last as the operations manager for 4 seasons. In 2019 he moved to Birmingham, AL to work for the Birmingham Barons (Double A - Chicago WSOX) as the Director of Stadium Operations for one season and the pandemic season. In 2021 Mike moved to Indianapolis, IN to work for the Indianapolis Indians (Triple A - Pittsburgh) as the Director of Stadium Operations. Most recently he needed to see what work was like outside of baseball and a "normal" 9-5 job was like and was a Project Manager for Daktronics in their Live Sports and Events division.
Outside of work and in spare time, Mike enjoys being outdoors, hunting upland game, attempting the great game of golf, and relaxing with friends and family.
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Josh graduated from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, FL with a BA in Business Management and has a Sports Turf Management Certificate from the University of Georgia. After working as a Foreman for the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Marlins at their Spring Training Complex in Jupiter, FL, he relocated to Jacksonville, FL where he was the Assistant Groundskeeper for the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp for three years. From there, Josh a took a job as Grounds Manager for the Pittsburgh Pirates at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA where he spent three and a half seasons.
In his spare time, he loves spending time with his wife, Ashley and daughter, Abigail.
Jeff joined the Dash as the Director of Facility Management in May of 2016. In this role, Jeff works to keep Truist Stadium operational for Dash games and other non-gameday events.
Before joining the Dash, the North Davidson High School alumnus owned and operated J&M Pawn in Kernersville.
Jeff and his wife Lynn currently reside in Kernersville, and they have two children. Their son Michael works for Royalty Finance, and their daughter Kristen is a flight attendant for American Airlines.
Kurt, a CPA, who joined the team in March 2003, is responsible for all aspects of company accounting, financing, financial analysis and budget and forecasting. He also handles human resource, information technology and business insurance activities for the Dash. Originally from New City, N.Y., Kurt also serves as the liaison to Legends Hospitality Management, the team concessionaire, on all financial activity and reporting.
Prior to joining the Dash, Kurt worked with Blue Rhino Corporation in Winston-Salem and Coopers & Lybrand (CKA PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in their offices in NYC and Greensboro, N.C.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Kurt and his wife, Jackie, reside in Greensboro and have three sons, Ryan, Greg and Kevin.
Diane joined the Dash in January 2022 as the club's Accounting Manager. She assists the rest of the Accounting Department in accounting, financing, financial analysis and budget preparation.
Diane has worked for Blue Rhino, PF Plumbing, Boston Market and Primo Water Corporation in various accounting roles in the last thirty plus years.
Diane is a local, born and raised here in the Winston-Salem area and enjoys music and the beach. She is an avid shark tooth hunter. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends.
Alisa joined the Dash in May of 2022.
Originally from from Williamsfield, IL (town of 600 in Central IL, if you blink you missed it), Alisa moved to North Carolina in 2018 because she couldn’t handle cold anymore and her husband Lenny promised better weather and good times.
She previously worked as nurse for two years with Novant Physician Office when her husband was diagnosed with ALS, so she retired after 30 years in medical field. After this she owned a Herbalife Shake Shop in Winston-Salem as independent distributor for one year and then stayed home with her husband until he passed in March of 2022.
In her spare time Alisa enjoys watching FSU and Fighting ILLINI football, St. Louis Cardinals Baseball, and Chicago Bears Football. She also enjoys reading and claims her second homes are Barnes & Noble and Bookmarks. She has four kids, Kaitlynn, Kellen, Lexie, and Allisyn. Plus two dogs and two cats, Henry, Bear, Romeo, and JJ.
Kit, a native of Winston-Salem, became the General Manager for Legends Hospitality Management at Truist Stadium in November of 2011.
In this role, Kit is responsible for all food, beverage and merchandise services at the stadium. Prior to assuming this role, Kit was the concourse supervisor at Truist Stadium since it opened in 2010. Before joining Legends Hospitality, Kit has 15 years of experience in the food service industry. He has worked in a variety of food service establishments including family-owned, chain restaurants, and special event catering.
A graduate of Mount Tabor High School, Kit also attended Campbell University. He resides in Winston-Salem with his wife, Aimee, and daughter, Abby.
Beverly has been the Catering Manager for Legends since October of 2012. She joined the Legends' team in 2010 as a suite attendant. In her current role, Beverly helps to execute the 250-plus non-gameday events that take place at Truist Stadium each year.
Before her time with Legends, Beverly worked with the NFL's Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Farmington Country Club in Virginia. In her free time, she enjoys decorating, sewing, and spending time with the family. Beverly is originally from Hampton, Va., and attended Virginia Tech. She currently resides in Advance with her husband Reynolds, daughter Laura and two dogs. Beverly also has a daughter in Wilmington, N.C., and a son in California.
Tanner started with Legends Hospitality at the Winston-Salem Dash in 2016 and now serves as the Operations Manager. He loves being able to give everyone who enters Truist Stadium great customer service while making their day better. He also enjoys a good challenge and traveling to see new places.
In his spare time, Tanner enjoys running, hiking and music.
