KODAK, Tenn. - Hollywood Pete was the star of the night yet again with stellar defense and insane offense to lift the Smokies over the Braves 7-5.

The home-run fest began In the bottom of the second with Pablo Aliendo hitting a deep shot to right field to give the Smokies the 2-0 lead after BJ Murray Doubled right before that at-bat.

The Mississippi second baseman Luke Waddell Doubled in the third to bring in Milligan and Conley to tie the game. Waddell then scored on a Javier Valdes single to take the lead 3-2.

Two solo-shot home runs in the 5th extended the Braves lead to 5-2. Tyler Tolve and Landon Stephens both hit fly balls over the right-field wall to score.

Nelson Maldonado decided to join in the fun with a solo shot of his own in the seventh, cutting the lead to 5-3, and the smokies weren’t done there.

Andy Weber walked in the inning, allowing Pete Crow-Armstrong to step up to the plate. PCA hit a fiery line drive over the right field wall to tie the game at 5 a piece in the bottom of the seventh before the Braves ended the inning.
