Is there a way I can access and control my Season Membership tickets digitally?
Yes there is! You have access to all your tickets via your own ticket portal. Your MyTickets account can be accessed through our website and can be used to forward tickets, exchange tickets, and pull them up to be scanned at the gates.
How can I purchase additional tickets to games when I have multiple requests for my season tickets?
Reach out to your Account Manager and they can help with additional tickets for family and clients!
Can I add a credit card to my account?
Yes. You can add a credit card to your MyTickets account by visiting your MVP Tickets account and clicking Menu > My Account > Payment Info. Please note that you will need to contact your Account Manager to apply the new card to any upcoming payments.
Can I recall my tickets after I have forwarded them?
Yes. You can recall forwarded tickets in your MyTickets account by clicking My Tickets > Forward > Select The Desired Game (There will be a notation under any previously forwarded ticket) > Ticket Actions > Recall. Please note that you will not be able to recall tickets once they are scanned into the game.
What do I show at the ballpark gates for entry?
A barcode will be shown on the screen of your mobile device that can be scanned by an employee at entry.
Can I print my ticket at home?
Yes! Tickets can be printed from home by logging in to your MyTickets account on a computer, clicking on the menu in the upper-right hand corner, selecting "MyTickets" and clicking "Print Tickets."
